On July 14th and 15th, Prairie Grass Cafe will feature their spin on a southern staple: Chicken and Waffles ($16). The first July special dish includes Crispy, All-White Meat Chicken, a Fluffy Waffle, Fresh Corn and Ellis Farm Whipped Corn Honey Butter. This modern take on a classic comfort food dish is the perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors.
Prairie Grass Cafe will debut its second July brunch special, the “Nichols Farm” Raspberry Crepe, July 21st and 22nd. The “Nichols Farm” Raspberry Crepe ($11) has a decadent Sweet Cream Filling and is served with a bright Berry Sauce. This light and fruity pastry pairs wonderfully with our smooth and creamy Lavazza Cappuccino ($4.95).
